The first significant Food-Sharing project in Finland is just started.
I can´t be more proud to be part of it.
It´s called ¨Keru¨, it´s a Community Fridge.
At the moment we have about ten donors, mostly supermarkets, which donate their surplus daily. The food will be checked and organized by volunteers, they will make sure that no rotten food is in the refrigerators and that every day new edibles will get there.
There is also a freezer and a shelf for dry food.
